Retrieval and refresh
Retrieval time shows when these saved counts were read. Source freshness is not reported. Refresh Dashboard reads saved counts again; workspace lists read current saved records and may differ.
All persisted Equipment Master rows, including inactive rows. Active status is the saved Equipment Master flag. This read may differ from the Dashboard snapshot.

Upload the daily Dispatcher Excel file. Supported formats: .xlsx and .xlsm. Use worksheet =TODAY() and Excel table Downtimes. Assets must already exist in the approved Equipment Master.
Read-only upload preview
Admission and timestamp checks only. Excluded rows are not imported. A validation error rejects the whole workbook. Lifecycle linkage is checked on upload. Preview sends the selected file for inspection without saving it or importing records.
If a row is outside Downtimes, resize that Excel table to include the intended row, save the workbook, then preview again. For an Asset Register exclusion, verify the asset in the current register. Correct timestamp errors in Excel and preview again. Upload is a separate action that saves data.

Upload WHEEL and TRACK separately, using .xlsx files named Wheel_Weekly_Plan* or Track_Weekly_Plan*. STANDARD and LEGACY worksheets are supported. The active worksheet names the plan period. Upload both PREVIOUS WEEK and CURRENT WEEK for each area, relative to the operational / report date below. Upload each group and week separately. Re-import replaces only the same group and week period; other weeks remain saved.
